Our operator will confirm the status of your flight at any time to take your vehicle on time. So you know that your transportation will arrive when ready, no matter if it is brought forward or delay flight.

When you get off the plane you'll have to go through immigration, passport verification, baggage claim and customs, it can take up to half an hour depending on the number of people. Do not worry we are aware of these procedures and will have your vehicle insured.

Once you pass the office will be directed to the outside of the section. One of our representative will be waiting you with a poster with your name written. Just log in with him, show him or her receipt of PayPal confirmation email and your vehicle will take you to your destination without further waiting.

Note: Do not get carried away by unknown people who will approach you and tell you that your transportation was a setback and may not pick you up, unfortunately at the airport in Cancun there are people engaged in piracy and have no requirements that demand SCT (insurance policies, checking vehicles and personnel).
